AZ-01

Anti-tax activist/'02 cand. Sydney Hay (R) will meet ex-state Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D) in the general, after Hay defeated atty Sandra Livingstone (D), Barry Hall (R) and Tom Hansen (R). On the Dem side, Kirkpatrick knocked off ex-TV reporter Mary Kim Titla (D), atty Howard Shanker (D) and mental health advocate Jeffrey Brown (D). Results with 100% of the precincts reporting (AP, 9/3).

Mark Anderson (R), ex-lobbyist Jim Ogsbury (R), and Lee Gentry (R) in the GOP primary, and will likely face Rep. Harry Mitchell (D). Results with 100% of the precincts reporting (AP, 9/3).
